Presenters:

Natalie Grothause is the Global SureService Manager at Emerson

Automation Solutions in Austin, Texas. Previously, Natalie worked

nine years as a Manufacturing Engineer driving assembly line process

improvements and new equipment installs. She then had varying

roles within New Product Management for four years before joining

Lifecycle Services in 2014. Natalie earned a BS in mechanical

engineering and an MBA.

Dirk Thiele is the Director Performance Services, responsible for the

global Performance Services team that develops and delivers new

services geared to improve operator, plant and asset performance.

He has held various roles at Emerson over the last 20 years, including

software developer, technical lead and software engineering manager,

and has managed the development of the DeltaV Virtual Studio, Batch

Analytics and System Health Monitoring products. Dirk holds 15 patents

and earned a Ph.D. in electrical engineering.
