AABOT sa P200 milyon ang tinanggap ng mga opisyal ngBureau of Plant Industry (BPI) nitong huling limang taonkapalit ng mga import permit para sa bawang, halos la-hat napunta sa pangkat na pinararatangang nagmanipulasa suplay kaya nagmahal ang bawang noong 2014, ayonsa isang ulat ng National Bureau of Investigation.

Dinawit ng isang whistle-blower si Agriculture Secretary Proceso Alcala.

Sa isang sinumpaang salay-say, sinabi ng dating nag-aang-kat ng bawang na si Lilybeth Valenzuela na sinabihan ni da-ting BPI Director Clarito Barronang mga nag-aangkat na dapat

New Year’s resolutiontiyaking matutupad mo

at tulungan ka sa desisyonmong baguhin ang sarili mo.Tiyak na kung uunahin mo angPanginoon sa pagpili sa New Year’s resolution mo, unti-untimo nang maisasaayos angbuhay mo, hindi lang para saikabubuti mo, kundi para sa ik-abubuti ng iba pang tao na na-ka paligid sa iyo.

Ikalawa, pumili ka lang ngiilan. Hindi naman kailangan ngmahabang listahan para langmasabi na magbabago ka. Angmahalaga, kahit kaunti lang ang

nailista mo, matupad mo ito.Wala ring masama kungmga simpleng bagay lang anggusto mong unahin sa listahan.Dahil kung kalagitnaan pa langng taon ay nagampanan mo naang New Year’s resolution mo,maaari ka namang pumili pang iba pang gusto mongbaguhin sa sarili mo. Lagingtatandaan na hindi eksklusibosa Bagong Taon ang pag-babagong buhay.

Ikatlo, maging creative ka sapaggawa ng listahan at ng mgaparaan upang maalala mo angmga resolution mo. I-save mosa cell phone mo, sa laptop mo,o sa iba mo pang gadgets. Gu-mawa ka ng mga bagay namagpapaalala sa iyo na gustomo na talagang magbago.

Bigyan mo rin ng motivationang sarili mo. Halimbawa, bi-gyan mo ang sarili mo ng re- ward sa tuwing may matutupad

ka sa New Year’s resolutionsmo. Bigyan mo rin ang sarili mong kundisyon kung may malal-abag ka sa mga ito.

Sa iyo lang naka-dependeang pagbabagong inaasam mosa sarili mo.

At kung maraming nakaa-bang, maiinip ka lang din samagiging resulta.

Huwag sanang maging had-lang sa pagbabago mo angibang tao na pumalya sa pagtu-pad nito. Nawa’y magingmatagumpay ka sa pagnanaismong isaayos ang sarili mo.
