TLA-FLAT A CLARIN-compatible Repository Solution Meertens Institute, MPI for Psycholinguistics – The Language Archive CLARIN B Centre Requirements Centres need to adhere to the security guidelines, i.e. the servers need to have accepted certificates. Centres need to join the national identity federation where available and join the CLARIN service provider federation to support single identity and single sign-on operation based on SAML 2.0 and trust declarations. Centres need to offer component based metadata (CMDI) that make use of elements from accepted registries such as ISOcat in accordance with the CLARIN agreements, i.e. metadata needs to be harvestable via OAI-PMH. Centres need to associate PIDs records according to the CLARIN agreements with their objects and add them to the metadata record. Data Seal of Approval Requirements The data repository enables the users to discover and use the data and refer to them in a persistent way. The data repository ensures the integrity of the digital objects and the metadata. The data repository ensures the authenticity of the digital objects and the metadata. The technical infrastructure explicitly supports the tasks and functions described in internationally accepted archival standards like OAIS. + Additional Requirements by the Home Institutions FLAT Docker Images FLAT base (Fedora Commons 3.x.x, Islandora 7.x-x, CMDI import & rendering) CMDI SOLR Indexer (all possible or selected facets) Islandora SOLR facetted search SWORD 2.0 API FLAT Doorkeeper Shibboleth Derivatives Deposit User Interface FLAT Doorkeeper Actions Validate CMDI Validate repository-specific best practices FITS-based file type checking Manual evaluation Move into persistent storage Handle assignment Access control Collections Ingest in Fedora Indexing Versioning github.com/TLA-FLAT www.meertens.knaw.nl/flat contact: [email protected] Drupal Islandora Fedora Commons Deposition Service (DoorKeeper) SIP AIP Workspace (ownCloud) Virtual Research Environment Persistent storage SOLR (MTAS) Backups (EUDAT) Collection Management Infrastructures (CLARIN) SWORD CMDI SP OAI-PMH
