1.- WEAPON, GENDER, CATEGORY, DATE AND PLACE

Category: Under 15 (“Sant Jordi Trophy”, included in U14 European Circuit) Born between 2008 - 2005 Gender: boys and girls Weapon: epee, foil and sabre Date: March 7th and 8th, 2020 Venue: CEM Mar Bella (Barcelona)

2.- PARTICIPANTS

Fencers from all countries, clubs and affiliates from all over the world are welcome to participate. A valid license for the 2019-2020 season will be required to participate in the competition (international license or national license of any country).

3.- REGISTRATION

Follow the registration instructions at Registration in Sant Jordi Trophy website (www.esgrima.cat/santjordi).

Last day for registration is Thursday February 27th.

No registration will be accepted on the competition day.

4.- ENTRY FEES AND PAYMENT

Entry fee: 20€ to pay the same day of the competition, during the confirmation of fencers.

5.- FORMULA

First round: poules of 7 fencers from which will not be discarded anyone. Second round: poules to qualify for the Direct Elimination. (DE) Awards for the 8 finalists will be given and a special prizes for the first four.

7th March 2020

12:30 pm: BOYS and GIRLS Epee calling

1:10 pm: Boys and Girls Epee start

8th March 2020

7:20 am - BOYS and GIRLS foil calling

8:00 am - Boys and Girls foil start

9:00 am: GIRLS sabre calling

9:40 am: Girls sabre start

11:00 am: BOYS sabre calling

11:40 am: Boys sabre start

This schedule can be modified once the final registrations have been closed. We will update at the official website as soon as we know.

7.- EQUIPMENT

350Nw or 800Nw FIE fencing jacket and trousers

Plastron

350Nw or 800Nw FIE fencing mask

Any size and type blade (FIE blades are not required)

Fencing glove in good condition

Mask with electric bib (foil and sabre)

Electric jacket (foil and sabre)

Electric mask (sabre)

8.- REFEREE

The referees contribution for international fencers will be by country according the EFC regulations.

From 1 to 4 fencers 0 referee

From 5 to 9 fencers 1 referee

From 10 to 15 fencers 2 referees

The deadline to book a referee in advance is February 27th. The referees shall be confirmed at the fencer’s confirmation time and must be at the disposal of the Directoir Technique throughout the competition. They must confirm their presence on the day of the competition at calling time at the Directoir Technique.

9.- ACREDITATION

It’s necessary to have accreditation to entry in the competition area. The accreditation will be done during the fencers confirmation and payment.

1 acreditation for 1 to 4 fencers present

2 acreditation for 5 to 9 fencers present

3 acreditation for 10 to 14 fencers present

4 acreditation for 15 or more fencers present
