Jocelyne Fletcher, Phd., is definitely one of the foremost HR scholars and Thought

Leaders in the Caribbean today. Hailing from the beautiful island of St. Lucia, the

only Caribbean country with two Nobel Laureates, Dr. Fletcher certainly represents

that countrys long and proud tradition of high academic achievement. She holds

and her doctoral research focused on HR Management practice in the Caribbean

compared to the rest of the world. This is a topic that she is most passionate about

and has been a leading regional HR advocate on a mission to raise the profile of

the professional and earn her colleagues not just a seat at the round table of

executive management but also a voice that is heard, respected and capable of

    influencing organizational strategy and decision-making.

Jocelyne as she likes to be called has worked in the UK, in regional organizations and is currently an HR

Consultant with CARICOM. She has a rear combination of high academic achievement in both HR and Project

sharing knowledge a value that we hold dearly at Global Expert Systems. In her own words, she firmly

believes that acquiring knowledge is power but sharing it, is real power; like a sower, you ensure that the

world garden continues to blossom, and the diversity of fruit and plants is in perfect order for our well-being

    and enjoyment.
