GROUP CEO

Thabelo holds a B.Sc. Engineering degree (UCT) and Master in Business Leadership degree (MBL) from UNISA. He

received his training as a qualified ISO9000 Quality Representative from Germany, and Six Black Belt from UK. He

holds a certificate on Train the Trainer from University of Port Elizabeth. He has certified on train the trainer on South

African Excellence Model and has trained on it extensively.

He has extensive experience in the fields of Organisational Transformation & Repositioning, Strategic Planning (Busi-

ness & IT), Quality & Process management, Change Management, Project Management, and Balance Scorecard & SA

Excellence Model. He has assisted clients through training and consulting on the above knowledge areas. His collec-

tive knowledge and experience has been applied in the Petroleum, Pulp and Paper, FMCG, Motor Manufacturing and

STAGE 1: CANDIDATE IDENTIFICATION

THAJA RECRUITMENT have been actively involved in this sector for the past 15 years. We offer professional services

in sourcing the right candidates/people. We start by identifying potential resources from our pool of resources. A

filtering process is then undertaken in order to match the specification of the client.

STAGE 2: CANDIDATE ASSESSMENT AND PLACEMENT

To ensure that we meet the requirements of the client, all our resources go through a rigorous competency assess-

ments.

STAGE 3: RETENTION OF RESOURCES

Although we make sure that our Resources are paid market related salaries, our strategy for retention covers a lot

more than remuneration. Our strategy makes sure that we keep all Resources motivated, with positive morale by

ensuring that there is involvement, recognition, advancement, development and compensation based on perfor-

mance.

Our Retention Strategy covers the following activities and outputs:

5.1.4.4 DEBRIEFING AND POST RECRUITMENT

CLIENT DEBRIEFING OF CANDIDATES

An interview debrief happens as soon as a

prospective employee leaves the building. The

purpose of the interview debrief is for employees

who took part in the interview to assess the candi-

date, from his industry knowledge, skills and

accomplishments to his personality and profes-

sionalism. Every person who interviewed the

candidate discusses how hireable the candidate

seems to be, and the group strives to form a con-

sensus regarding the candidate's fate.

CANDIDATE DEBRIEFING AND REGRET LETTER

To conclude the cycle all unsuccessful candidates

must be rejected by a telephone call or a regret

letter. This is the last opportunity to build a rela-

tionship with the applicant. This rejection letter

sample will cause the applicant to think favourably

of the company. The reputation as an employer is

affected by this applicant's opinion and the opin-

ions of the people who hear this applicant's opin-

ion. This is extremely important for the company

reputation as it portrays a potential employer for
