Computer Lab Services”, “Media Services”, “Digital Signage”.
• Or just send an e-mail to [email protected]• We will meet with you to evaluate your needs/develop
scope of work• Sign Functionality• Sign Placement• Distribution System• Electrical/network requirements
• Solicit quotes from UNM approved AV vendors
How to Get Started - Considerations• What you need to think about?• What is the function and content you intend to display• Function/content drives the size, number and placement
of signs• Content Creator – someone from your staff will be
responsible for this• Management – You may wish to implement an approval
process
How to Get Started - Costs• Typical display costs -$1500 55” display• Player Licenses -$531.50/player/year• Player -$700 - $2000• Electrical/Network -$500 - $1000• Broadcast systems -$500 - $3000
• Example 1 – The President’s office was upgraded to a 60” LED Smart TV with player and installation:
• $2215 – one time costs (player/display/install)• $531.50 – recurring costs starting in March 2016
