The Virtual Building concept stores all project information in a central database. Coordinated drawings and documentation are quickly and

efficiently produced from the building model.


Traditional Data Transfer

Large amounts of data are transferred across the network resulting in

bottlenecks, slow data transfer and inefficient project workflow.


BIM Server / Cloud Data Transfer

Only changed elements are transmitted to the central model from the local cache resulting in reduced network traffic and increased working speed

(delta server technology).


Collaborating within the team

An instant reservation system with colour-coded workspaces enables a large number of teammates to work on a building model simultaneously while

avoiding access right issues and conflicts.


Communication

Teamwork messaging allows instant communication between all teammates wherever their location, and to assign elements and tasks to other members

of the team.


Roles and responsibilities

Fine-tune permissions for all team members globally or for a particular project, for the assignment of task, work spaces and project administration.


Remote working

The BIMcloud connects project members in real-time from any distance on any standard HTTP/HTTPS network connection (with or without VPN).
