After graduating from one of the premier architectural institution in India, School of Planning andArchitecture, Delhi he worked with Burt Hill (www.burthill.com ) an American Architectural Design firm for anesteemed project, Motorcity (5million sq ft residential + 3million sq ft commercial development) in Dubai. Healso worked with an Australian design firm, The Cox Group (www.cox.au) for a $150 million 5 star hotelproject.

During his working experience Kashif felt the essential need of management in today’s complex constructionindustry. To compliment his architectural degree he chose to get a Masters degree in ConstructionManagement where his academic research were mostly based on technological applications and GreenBuildings. He also worked with leading General Contractors in USA , including Satterfield and Pontikes forimplementation of BIM and Green Buildings and Cardinal Construction for MEP services.

He feels there is a lot of wastage in Indian Construction industry which can be reduced by properimplementation of Lean Construction techniques. He is taking his graduate research in Green Buildings andBuilding Information Modeling (BIM) forward by seeing its practical implementation on projects.
