Having just returned from Bridal Week inNew York, owner of Malindy Elene, MeganBubalo, saw all the latest designers and trends forthe season. “It was the season of lace, tulle and openbacks,” said Megan Bubalo. “Every collection was filled withromance and soft detailing. Illusion tops and backs were shownin each collection, as well with tattoo lace or soft beaded detailsamong the illusion. I loved it all!” Malindy Elene offersdesigners such as Anne Barge, Reem Acra, Badgley Mischka, Ivyand Aster, Augusta Jones and Theia White Collection.
Eye-catching elements by way of color and crystalembellishments are at hand in each collection this season,while staples such as intricate beading, lace details and classicsilhouettes offer brides the consistency, taste and qualityassociated with Val Stefani and Moonlight Collection springcollections.
“I have noticed a huge jump in the amount of illusionnecklines our designers have been creating in their newestcollections,” said Ashley West, manager at The White MagnoliaBridal Collection. “I love this trend. It’s very Audrey Hepburn.”West sees this trend in gowns from Christos and Hayley Paige.“You’ll never regret a gown with such a classic and elegant strapchoice,” said West.

A Rustic Wedding at the Safari Wilderness Ranch in Lakeland, Florida
The happy couple met back in kindergarten and have a great
love for the outdoors. Robby proposed on his boat down on the water
where they had their first date. The couple chose the Safari Wilderness
Ranch to host both their wedding and reception, as Stephanie’s father
is part owner of the property. Planning the wedding took 10 months
with the help of wedding planner, Sandy Rule and the design team of
CONCEPTBAIT’S Lynn McGhee creating the perfect blend of elegance
and rustic chic.

Kaitlin and Pete’s Tampa Wedding at the Rusty Pelican
Kaitlin and Pete’s ceremony at the Rusty Pelican had a great
view of the water for them and their guests. The couple exchanged
vows, rings, and then their first kiss officially as husband and wife.
Guests then entered their elegant reception, dined on delicious food
and drink, and danced the night away to a live band.

South Tampa Egyptian Wedding for Nada and Mina
It was such a lovely day for Nada and Mina, their traditional
Egyptian wedding ceremony was held at St. George Coptic Orthodox
Church, where family and friends gathered to witness the two devote
their lives to one another. Both the bride and the groom wore traditional,
decorative ceremonial robes during the wedding at the church.
The celebration then continued at their wedding reception at
Renaissance Tampa International Plaza, where Nada and Mina
danced the night away with their guests. It was full of energy, color,
music, family, and of course love!
