The Chairman’s Desk

It was during my stint at YES Bank as the Executive

Vice President (HR), I sensed the acute shortage of fresh

“Bank-Ready” graduates professionals.

I used to visit top B-Schools for hiring with best of the pay

packages and still was never satisfied with the quality of

the talent. There was always a huge gap between our

expectations and the knowledge of the students .

The idea of the Professional School of Indian Banking

(PSIB) was thus conceived with a vision of providing the

youth with an opportunity to work as Bankers.
