G-PRESS Stainless Steel Fittings eliminate fumes, flames, cutting oils, and other risks of brazing, soldering, threading, and welding, creating a cleaner, safer work environment.

Flexible and Complete Product Offering For total flexibility, the G-PRESS Stainless Steel System provides a complete line of mechanically joined press fittings in sizes ½” to 4” (21,3mm to 114,3mm), with 3” to 4” (88,9mm to 114,3mm) sizes available in select regions. It’s the ideal solution for a wide variety of process and utility applications. Meets ASME B31.1, 31.3, and 31.9 support requirements and ANSI Class 150 systems up to a maximum 300 psi/2068 kPa.

Unique Leak-Before-Press FeatureThe G-PRESS O-ring design provides a unique Leak-Before-Press feature that quickly identifies during pressure testing any fittings not pressed.

Fittings pressed incorrectly will allow liquids and gases to bypass the seal.

This Leak-Before-Press feature significantly reduces the chance of improper joints in the system helping to ensure a leak-free conduit.

O-rings are available in three compounds for use with a variety of liquids and gases: EPDM,Nitrile,andFluoroelastomer.
