We cannot change the direction of the wind, but we
remember that we can always adjust our sails.
Dear Sir/Madam,
Once again we are in the pages of our Skyline. It is our pleasure to
express that the students of this digital world are discovering the
talents through the events called Co-Curricular Fest. It is an
interschool competition.
Friends, today nobody understands the reason; why we all meet in
the journey of life! We may not be related by blood; we may not
know each other from the beginning, but God puts us together to be
in wonderful relations by heart. Therefore Skyline 2k17 is connecting
different schools and we call it Relation!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The teams are expected to reach the school premises on/ before
time. There will be no registrations once the opening ceremony
begins.
The registrations will be done on the event day between 7:30 am
to 8:30 am at the registration desk.
At the time of registration there will be a draw of lots which will
decide the team number of respective schools and also the order
of participation in each event.
The maximum number of participants from a school can be 15
excluding the 5 participants of ONERIOS.
If any student plans to participate in more than one event, he/she
must refer to the schedule. Skyline Team is not responsible for
any events clashing.
The participants must be in their white uniform without any tie
and belt.
Participants must bring their proof of identity (school identity
card/principal’s verification letter).
Schools need to bring their own cameras for the photography
event.
Rooms shall be allotted to the teams to keep their items in their
own safe custody. In case of any misplacement of item or
accident, St Fidelis College will not be responsible.
The judgment of the jury in every respect shall be unquestionable
and final.

Only the WINNERS and the RUNNERS UP Teams shall be awarded
for CULTURAL EVENTS.

Rules-
The participants will get their topics on the spot.
As the name suggests, “Just A Minute” will be given to speak!!
The participants can be jammed on the basis of
1) Abbreviation and grammatical errors,
2) Hesitation and long pauses,
3) Repetition of words,
4) Deviation of from the topic.
The relevance of the jam will be decided by the teacher coordinator.
The participant with a valid jam will have to continue on the topic for
the rest of the minute.

Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes
Venue: Lecture Hall- A

Rules-
The writers will get their topics on the spot.
After the Opening Ceremony, the writers shall be escorted to Lecture
Hall-A where they shall be briefed about the rules.
The writers will be given an extract on the basis of which they will
have to concoct a tale using their extract in the “middle” of the story.
The story must be fabricated around the theme of the extract provided.
Minimum word limit is 400 words.
The writer shall be disqualified if there is any trace of plagiarism.

Rules-
Thirty questions will be given to the participants.
The questions will be based on logical understanding and
mathematical reasoning.
The test will consist of multiple choice questions as well as numerical
problems.
4 marks will be awarded for each correct answer while 1 mark will be
deducted for each incorrect answer.
No electronic devices will be permitted.

The event will consist of two rounds.
The quiz will be related to software, hardware, IT, acronyms,
abbreviations ,recent technological developments ,eminent
personalities and IT Companies.
Round 1(Preliminary) - It will be a written round which will
consist of 30 questions.
Top 4 teams will qualify for the Final Round.
Final Round – This round will be held on stage.

Senior Computer Lab.
The marking scheme and other relevant information will be
disclosed on the spot.
The final score of a team will be summation of points of both the
rounds.

A folder will be shown to the teams on their computer screens in
which they will get instructions, which, if followed correctly, will
give some hints to get a clue about the task that is to be done on that
particular software.
The software may be related to Editing (photo, video, and audio),
Programming, Designing, Art work etc.
No request for grace marking, change of application/software or
task will be entertained.

Rules-
The topic will be given during the briefing session.
The participants shall have access of only the school campus in order
to click the photos.
The participants will be escorted to class 11- B where they will be
briefed about the rules, from 9:00 am to 9:30 am.
Their time for photography will begin at 9:30 am and will end at 2:00
pm.
Each participant will choose a maximum of Three best photographs
and submit it exactly at 2:15 pm in class 11-B.
The photos should be clicked in manual mode only.
Usage of Tripod is not permissible.
Any trace of plagiarism shall be severely penalized.

Rules-
The time limit for each performance is 4 to 5 minutes.
A warning bell will be rung at the end of 4 minutes.
Exceeding the time limit will be penalized.
Hindi songs are not allowed.
The drum kit will be provided by the school.
The teams have to bring their own drumsticks.
The band will be judged on the basis of their showmanship, melody,
variety of instruments and general impact.

Rules-
The time limit for each performance is 5-6 minutes.
The participants are requested to bring their songs in a pen-drive.
Proper costumes are mandatory. The participants must not wear any
inappropriate costumes.
Use of props is allowed.
Use of English, Hindi songs and any other music is permitted. The
songs used, however, should not have any indecent lyrics and must be
relevant to the theme.
The dancers will be judged on the basis of their synchronization,
selection of music, costumes, makeup & props and overall
presentation.

Pre-recorded and live audios are permitted.
The idea should be innovative and thought provoking.
The usage of registered copyright brand names and the names even
closely related to it shall be penalized.
Sequence shall be decided by a draw of lots.
The teams shall also give an appropriate TAGLINE &
BRANDNAME to their performance.

इस चयण भें प्रत्मेक प्रतिबागी को ववशदु्ध शास्रीम अथवा उऩशास्रीम मथा गज़र, बजन मा गीि की कोई एक फंददश दी गमी सभम सीभा भें प्रस्िुि कयनी होगी जो कक तनम्न भें से ककसी एक याग भें तनफद्ध हो- बीभऩरासी, कापी, व ंदावनी सायंग, फागेश्वयी, लभमां भल्हाय, मभन, भारकौंश, अहीय बैयव, नंद, खभाज,ऩीरू, देशी, दयफायी कान्हडा, जोग,लशवयन्जनी एवं बैयवी।

प्रत्मेक प्रतिबागी के गामन की संगि कयने के लरए केवर तनम्न दो वाद्म मंरों :-
(1) हायभोतनमभ एवभ ् (2) िफरे का प्रमोग वाञ्ञ्िि है,
ञ्जसकी व्मवस्था उन्हें स्वमं कयनी होगी। अतिरयक्ि सहमोग के लरए

द्वितीय चरण
1. तनणायमक भंडर द्वाया चमतनि उच्च वयीमिा क्रभ के चार प्रतिबागगमों को ही द्वविीम चयण भें सञ्म्भलरि होने के लरए अनुभि ककमा जाएगा।
2. प्रथभ चयण के सबी तनमभ द्वविीम चयण भें बी भान्म होंगे ककंिु प्रतिबागगमों से अऩेऺा की जािी है कक द्वविीम चयण की प्रतिमोगगिा भें प्रदशयन हेिु वे एक नई फंददश, जो प्रथभ चयण के ककसी याग ऩय आधारयि हो, का चमन कयेंगे। प्रथभ एवं द्वविीम चयण की दोनों फंददशें एक ही याग ऩय आधारयि हो सकिीं हैं।
