Gyms & Group Exercise StudioOur two gyms (mixed and ladies) are equipped with a wide range of LifeFitness, Precor and Nautilus Cardio and Strength Fitness machines. Our friendly trainers will guide you on how to best use the equipment safely to meet your fitness goal.

Individual personal training sessions are available to assist you with the latest training techniques. The Sports & Leisure Club offers weekly classes to suit your fitness aspirations levels. Join our weekly Group Exercise Studios where you can enjoy the team motivation and make new friends.

Racquet SportsFor any sporting event you have in mind, we are here to offer you a great experience. Two squash courts, four indoor badminton courts, tennis tables and two outdoor tennis courts make us the Racquet Sports’ regional haven. Ball Sports and AthleticsIf ball sports are more your style, shoot some hoops at either the indoor or the outdoor court, or try out some indoor or beach volleyball. We also have a 100 x 70 metre natural turf marked football/soccer field, surrounded by a 364 meter all weather surface running track. With floodlighting for all outdoor facilities, sports can be enjoyed in the cool of the evening as well as the day.

Sports HallOur Sports Hall is ideal for tournaments, large functions or ceremonies, with 170 tiered seats, 39 x 19 metre floor area and a 5 x 10 metre stage. The floor is marked for basketball and volleyball, and our electronic scoreboard gets its act together by unfail-ingly projecting the score for each serve.

Leisure PoolOur temperature controlled leisure pool with a 25 metre diameter is great for swim laps. Spend hours of fun sunbathing with your family at our aesthetically designed pool, surrounded by landscaped gardens and overlooking the children’s pool. Stay fit with our Aqua Aerobics classes especially formulated to keep you in shape. Comfortable changing rooms and lockers are present in the vicinity.

SpaRelax your senses at our spa and Jacuzzi. The plunge pool, steam room and sauna beckon those who seek to re-energise themselves. For your convenience, we have dedicated timings for ladies and gentlemen.

Children’s Play AreasThe large outdoor play area is designed to encourage our young guests to participate in nature activities. We can serve you a picnic lunch while your children play on the slides and swings outdoors. Indoors, a brightly coloured carpeted play room with television and toys welcomes your young ones to indulge in their childhood fantasies.

Multipurpose HallLooking for a place to host your seminar, party or any event? Try our large, carpeted Multipurpose Hall. Audio visual equipment and wireless internet are available.

Dining HallOur Dining Hall is ideal for formal or buffet style meals, conferences and other events. Seating can be arranged as dining room or theatre style. The room has a lovely view overlooking the leisure pool, and has an attached servery/kitchen. Audio visual equipment and wireless internet are available.

General FacilitiesLuxuriate with the multitude of facilities – take a break in the snack shop and television lounge. Changing rooms, showers and lockers, ample parking and wireless internet are available throughout the Club. There is also an on-site mosque.

Membership DetailsMemberships are available for individuals and families for 3, 6, or 12 months.

The 12 month membership is AED 3,200 (individuals) and AED 5,300 (families).

Day passes, fitness class packages and personal training are available upon request.
