We are pleased to be able to offer for sale a soft drinks PET bottle filling line designed and installed to the highest international standards as it was utilised to fill, under license, brands of a major international soft drinks company. The line was installed in 1991 with a major upgrading to the secondary packaging in 2002. The equipment is still in situ in Finland

Soft Drinks & Beer PET Filling LineIf required, we are able to substitute the soft drinks filler with a compatible long tube filler to enable the line to be converted to a beer PET line.

The line will fill both returnable and non-returnable 0.5L, 1.0L, and 1.5L PET bottles, and it would be capable of filling 2L bottles, with some minor adjustments to the filler, dependant on the bottle sizes.

The complete line is rated at 36,000 bottles an hour.

The empty returnable PET bottles are introduced onto the line in palletised plastic crates, and the full bottles are offloaded from the line in shrink-wrapped palletised crates. The depalletising / palletising are carried out by robots. The main items of plant, making up the line using returnable bottles are:-

If non-returnable bottles are to be used, then empty bottles are depalletised and placed into empty crates. These are then conveyed to the de-crater. The bottles are filled and re-crated as above. The full crates are conveyed to the secondary packaging area were they are automatically placed on display boards and then palletised and shrink-wrapped as above. All is equipment was installed in 2002 and manufactured by either Fanuc or Anker Andersen.
