  • 1. PROBLEMAs a new school, our routine communication methods were not met. As the school grows we wanted to help build a tradition of electronic communication. After polling both students and parents, we decided to start a campus Twitter feed. This feed would serve to share the day to day events of the school as well as make large announcements.

CONCLUSIONAt the end of this year, Ive found that using social media has positivelyaffected our school culture. Students often comment on the Twitterfeed and how the involvement keeps them informed. Students retweetevents and pictures to share with others, while also using the feed as away to ask questions.
