    Zumba is the Latin inspired dance fitness program that makes workingout fun! Zumba Gold was designed for the active senior, with less intensedance routines for beginners and older adults using modified movements.

    The Zumba Gold workout provides participants with the opportunity toimprove balance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength.     Bone Builders consists of three parts: balance exercises,

    weight training and discussion concerning diet, safety and

    exercise. This program, in partnership with Montgomery

    County, uses trained RSVP volunteers supervised by a certified

    Located in the heart of the Inner Harbor on Pratt Street, Harborplace and The Gallery offer unique shopping

    and diverse dining on the picturesque waterfront. Located around the Inner Harbor area is the National Aquar-ium, Maryland Science Center, Baltimore Maritime Museum, Geppis Entertainment Museum, Visionary ArtMuseum, and the Museum of Industry.
