RefundsWe know life happens and you may need to withdraw from a camp. That’s why we offer refunds, less a $20 administration fee, if your request is made five working days before the start date of the camp. Refunds will take approximately four weeks to receive. To withdraw your child from a camp, call 613-969-7900.

Camp CancellationsOur goal is to run every camp, but sometimes we do have to cancel due to low registration. We promise to give you at least five working days’ notice, and if possible, we will move your child into another Loyalist camp. If we can’t accommodate you, a full refund will be provided.

Declaration of WaiverThe information in this course guide is accurate as of February 28, 2014. The College does its best to update course guide information regularly so that campers are not inconvenienced. However, on occasion, changes do occur. Loyalist College values a positive learning environment. Loyalist College is not able to manage disruptive camper behaviour that interferes with the right of other campers to participate in an environment free from distraction. Campers requiring the support of an educational assistant as a result of behavioural concerns must be accompanied by an adult at the expense of the parent.
