Description of Actual Survey Process

• In June, 2015 a survey was distributed to each Governor Livingston graduating athlete.

• There were a total of 49 questions.

• All graduating student athletes received an email with the link to the survey via their personal email account listed in Naviance. The school district was beginning the Google transfer.

• There were 33 responses and the link remained open until September 1, 2015.

• All respondents had plans to attend a 4 year college.

• This presentation was reviewed and developed for the Highlander Booster Club.

• It is important to understand that we must increase the participants in order to be able to make important and relevant improvements to the Highlander Athletic Experience.

• The process of developing the survey will be streamlined to hopefully encourage more responses.

• Review the data in order to continue to develop the student athlete experience.

• Continue to develop communication methods with all stakeholders.

• The data was positive and it will be important to build on the lessons learned to improve the Highlander Athletic Experience!
