! Informal food markets present significant food safety risks andcan be susceptible to market volatility driven by consumer fearsand perceptions

But improved participation and engagement with women ininformal value chains…

! Gender focused interventions based on value chain assessmentscan lead to improved production and livelihood outcomes.
