    The Doctor of Business Administration Programis designed to advance the professional developmentof managers, entrepreneurs, academics, and otherprofessionals in the business and public managementarena. The program aims to expand their knowledgeand perspectives in critical areas of management,guided by humanistic and ethical values.

    A transdisciplinary approach is used with focuson managing for social responsibility and sustainabilityand an openness to case study and professionallyrelevant research.

    DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY IN BUSINESS(48 UNITS)

    The Doctor of Philosophy in Business Programis designed for individuals who are engagedin teaching and research in business and management.It aims to develop a high level mastery of qualitativeand quantitative approaches in order for studentsto come up with new ways of exploring, organizing,

    and solving complex problems facing rms, industries,public and nongovernmental institutions, and society.

    A distinctive feature of the program is the intensivetraining in decision sciences and other quantitativeapproaches that are essential components of academicresearch in various business and managementdisciplines.
