publish regular, comprehensive and timelyreports on the income they earn and on howthey manage the oil, gas and mining sector.

Disclosure of information and legal provisions

guaranteeing access to information do not

automatically translate into accountability or control ofcorruption.

Governance mechanisms have to be enforced and

monitored to be effective.
