What activities: it was agreed to take part, on Thursday, in a song contest in Barcelona (contest rules to be sent by Fina). Tune: “I’ve got the feeling” by Timberlake. In order to finish the poster for the Schools song contest first part Fina invited the partner schools to send her, as soon as possible, photos of the pupils. Then she will send the schools the infographic.

Telling the castle: every team presents its own castle/s the way it likes.

At the end of each camp the team should share what they have learned.

Logo competition Every team should be trained by an expert about How to make a Logo and share information preferably through Twin Space Live

Event with 2/3 schools involved. Every country votes among ten logo proposals of another country (following the AF order: Germany votes Italy, Italy votes Austria… Spain, Wales, Greece). Proposal: every coordinator expresses one favourite and the winner is the Logo which gets more votes. Online tools to show and choose: Google Forms/KCC website.

Note about Official LOGO: it’s compulsory to insert the Erasmus Plus official logo – and eTwinning for what it is concerned - on all Documentation/Results produced.

KCC Cooperative (Fina review of cooperative philosophy and actions)

Fina presented an overview of the Cooperative Enterprise process through her PPT presentation which will be uploaded on Twinspace. She elaborated these steps in creating our KCC Cooperative: Introduction and ID Cards by Xmas; Election Campaign and Logo in March; Statutes in April.

Every school will set up its own Board,/ while the Executive Committee will be from Catalonia.

Creating Agile Minds for a Changing World - talks on the topic of entrepreneurship by Chris Bissex and Lee Sharma

1) Talk by Chris Bissex (from the College Merthyr Tydfil) re how to teach enterprise, why it is important for young learners. The younger the students, the more creativity.

2) Simply Do Ideas (www.simplydo.io) "We as teachers want to encourage an enterprising mind set for the pupils." by Lee Sharma

Simply Do is a platform helping young learners to create business ideas. The website layout is light, playful and simple for better motivation. Students can upload photos and videos to visualize their business ideas. They will have to think of potential customers, competitors and create a financial calculation. The layout resembles popular software such as WhatsApp. Students can create an account, other members are able to comment on their friends' ideas.

Some discussion followed about how useful Simply Do Ideas can be for the KCC project. Further discussion to follow. Berlin planning to test the software during grade 5 English lessons in December.

communication during project

(http://www.clilmyopenwindowontheworldaroundme.eu/cordinators/) it was discussed how the Austrian team could set up the Project website. Roland purchased our site as kcc-erasmus.eu

Modes of communication during project (Google eTwinning …)Use of eTwinning/Twinspace (Angeliki shares practical usage)

Angeliki presented the use of ETwinning and our Twin space. It was decided that only Angeliki creates pages. It was proposed to set up these pages:

1. KCC project plan2. Getting to know each other3. Cooperative: Ready to be born4. Cooperative official documents5. TPM: Transnational Project Meetings6. School Song Contest7. Assessment8. Election Campaign9. LTTA Camps10. Dissemination11. Media

Various recommendation of the eTwinning use:

Teachers should invite pupils (name:… surname: could be the name of the country, if you click on export you can download the Excel File with pupils Data. You can also invite external visitors.

It’s important to respond to others’ posts to show collaboration among partners.

If you post a video/photos/etc. it’s important to write a caption naming all the partner teachers who participated in the creation.

At the end of the project every single school can apply for a Quality Label.
