Discussions will focus on:• The need to involve the Voluntary Sector in

decision-making as a partner• What models of networking exist in the counties

and cities of the East Midlands?• What regional networks are there?• What are the gaps – sector/geographical?• What are the demands on the sector for

consultation/decision makers and how can the learning set improve involvement?

Involvement in Delivery

• What are the services VS deliver/could deliver?

• Identify models of commissioning and best practice with the VS from across the districts

• How could Best Practice be transferred across districts within East Midlands

• What are some of the critical policy issues that might need to be addressed?
