GOALS

What is RefWorks? Students will gain a basic understanding of RefWorks and its

applications.

their information.

How can I import sources from a research tool? Students will be able to import sources from SCOUT to their own

RefWorks account.

CREATE AN ACCOUNT &

IMPORT A SOURCE FROM SCOUT1. Create a login at

RefWorks.

2. Using SCOUT, find an article and import it into your RefWorks account using the export function.

3. Create a bibliography with your resource (output as HTML then click the link in the dialog box), and post

the citation into the chat.
