Each item retrieved is scanned on leaving the racking system and carried by secure, tracked vehicles, so you always have a secure audit trail of your documents' movements.

Document shredding

We provide a UK-wide secure document shredding and recycling service that has been engineered to be the easiest, safest, and the most responsible way to deal with your confidential documents and waste paper. We fulfill the requirements of the Data Protection Act by ensuring all documents are double-shredded and then recycle the shredded pulp in an environmentally friendly manner.

To make your document shredding secure and convenient, we provide you with lockable wheelie bins and consoles or self-sealing sacks as well as facilitate full office clear outs and shred documents on-site as required.

Opting in to RED2GREEN empowers REDBOX clients to add a fruit tree to every order, this will be planted in the developing world to counterbalance the environmental impact of their orders and at the same time help with the fight against poverty.

A mature avocado tree can grow 500 fruits a year & off-set a tonne of CO2 emissions in its lifetime. Local communities are provided with tools and training to ensure it’s sustainable for the future.

Institute of DirectorsAbout the Institute of Directors

The Institute of Directors (IoD) was founded in 1903 and within three years were awarded a Royal Charter to support, represent and set standards for business leaders nationwide. It is also the leading voice of British business and campaigns on a vast range of issues from taxes to education.

The Brief

The IoD’s designer was tasked with completely redesigning the use of the 3rd floor client-booked meeting spaces at 116 Pall Mall. Their aim was to modernise these spaces to reflect current agile ways of working as well as give flexibility to the space to maximise its potential use for their clients. Crucially, the entire project had to be completed to the highest quality, as is expected by the IoD’s prestigious clientele.

The Solution

Working closely with the IoD, we took care to specify the right products in the right fabrics to complement the space and achieve their required specification. We visited showrooms, tested products and scrutinised fabrics until the final elements were decided upon.

The new meeting spaces can now accommodate meetings of all sizes in classroom or banquette style as well as be adapted to create an intimate soft-feel space. This flexibility places the IoD in the best position to meet their clients’ ever-changing needs.

On request from the client, the installation was carried out on a Saturday to minimise disruption to the business and was completed to their satisfaction in one day.

Omgeo refurbishment: Aldgate House, London

With an expanding office and a need to reflect a modern professional image within tight budget restraints Omgeo turned to REDSPACE, part of the REDBOX group, for an innovative concept.

Interacting with the Omgeo team, being aware of and taking into account the company mission statement and the budget, the representatives of REDSPACE drew up a bespoke plan for the refurbishment, including furniture and fittings, tweaking it until it met with management approval.

The refurbishment took place within an active workspace, was carried out within tight time frames and without affecting the operational capacity of the company.
