Sealed tenders are invited for Translation of Annual Report and Financial

Statements of RVPN and its subsidiary companies for the year 2016-17 from English to

Hindi on the terms & conditions mentioned here under.-

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The tenders will be received upto 2.30 P.M on or before 18.08.2017 & will be

opened at 3.00 P.M on same day i.e 18.08.2017 in the presence of the tenderer or

their authorized representatives who wish to be present at that time.

2. The tenders received after the time & date as fixed above shall not be considered.

3. The tender should be addressed to the Accounts Officer (Estt-Cont), RVPN,

Room No.410 Vidyut Bhawan, Jan Path, Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur.

4. The A.O (E&C) has reserved the right to increase / decrease the quantity of pages

at his discretions.

5. The validity of the tender rates shall be at least 30 days from the date of opening

of tenders.

6. All the tender documents shall have sign & seal of the firm.

and Accounts Booklets for the year 2016-17 in size 18"x23"/ 4 on offset press

containing approx. 600 pages of Hindi version (400 booklets) on the terms &conditions mentioned hereunder.

Note:- 3.The job work is to be completed on urgentbasis i.e. within 5 working days from the receipt of finalproof with entire satisfaction. The first proof is to begiven within 5 days after providing matter.
