Pyramid Hill College is a Child Safe School
Welcome It has been wonderful to welcome our whole school back onsite this week and our new routines will soon become ‘normal’. Whilst there has been an air of excitement as the students have reconnected with each other, they have also been very receptive to the return to ‘face to face’ learning.
Visitors to the College As school resumes ‘normal’ operation we are still restricting the school site to staff, students and essential maintenance. Therefore, we ask you to ring the college rather than visit wherever possible. Schools across the state are working to limit visitors into their schools as a safety precaution for staff and students. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate these challenging times. Food Technology Fees Term 2 Due to the limited Food Technology classes this term, we are providing families with a credit for one term. This amount will go back into families’ accounts as a credit and can be used for any other family invoice. Many families have used it as part payment for uniforms. School Arrival and Departure and Visitors to School Staged dismissals will continue until the end of term.
3:00pm students who are picked up by car from out the front of the school
3:10pm - student who walk home
3:20pm - bus travellers
To avoid unnecessary people on site, parents and carers must drop students off in the designated areas and not enter school grounds unless by pre-arranged appointment

It is great to have everyone back at school and settling in for
the last few weeks of the term. We are disappointed that we
can’t have visitors and special things such as animals come in
for show-and-tell but we will let families know when
restrictions lift.
Can I please remind everyone that at healthy snack time,
students can eat fresh fruit, vegetables and cheese. Packaged
snacks and muesli bars are not considered a healthy snack.
The pie warmer is now available for the provision of hot
lunches. Please ensure lunch items are placed in suitable
packaging and most importantly are named.
