Upon awarded of contract, Pilar Bahtera Group will assign a project Management team exclusively concentrated to execute the project in accordance with the client requirement. The team will be lead by Pilar Bahtera's experienced project manager supported by experienced staff and local partners in where the works are carried out.The Project Manager will be assigned, fully authorized and responsible for all aspect of the project since start up to completion and commissioning, This includes all works required to proceed with the project execution i.e. planning, scheduling, finance, costing, monitoring, analyzing, engineering, purchasing, inspection, shipping, logistic, fabrication, erection, testng and commissioning.The Project Manager with task force teams will be directly responsible to client and his consultants on a daily basis and will be directly responsible to client and his consultants on a daily basis and will be working along with customer's project management team to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Pilar Bahtera Group will make maximum effort to proceed with the procurement on time as scheduled to ensure timely completion. The procurement manager will be assigned to handle all aspect of procurement of equipment.On receipt of equipment specification from engineering departement, procurement manager will invite quotation from the listed vendors as per contract document. Once offer is received, same will be technically evaluated by engineering to ensure the equipment is being supplied as per requirement of the contract specification. Commercial portion of the offer will be evaluated by main office procurement manager. After final negotiation, order will follow with various technical documents and ensure timely execution/delivery of equipment.Considering the project schedule, main office procurement team will proceed with the following:? Purchase / Procurement of equipments / components? Provide all necessary expediting to ensure time delivery

After the due process of contract awarded our Project Manager will conduct a kick off meeting to make sure that fabrication will done correctly by our highly crafted Fabrication team. Some of the point discussed here are:

Preparation schedule for various equipment and component in line with project schedule.Procurement of raw material such as structual steel section plates, electronic components, mechanical parts, etc.Organizing required procedure before commencement of fabrication as per requirement of the contract.Expediting the fabrication progress,coordination with project management team,engineering and various shop floor manager for time delivery of components.

We realize from the beginning that service is a key issue of all equipments that belong to our portfolio whose purposes are to enhance availability, performance and maintain reliability of the critical systems.

It is our commitment to maintain a network of customer support engineers throughout Indonesia and overseas. This would enables us to not only meet our customer's response time needs, but also to meet those needs with factory trained, professional engineers completely qualified to service all range of our product and services.

The backup the above commitment, we proudly represent our DRSP supported by our engineering division and our main dealers.

This service package mainly consist of the following basic program as follows: Preliminary Inspection, Equipment Start-up, After Sales Service Commitment, Assured Maintenance, Training Program, Spare-Parts Inventory and 24 hours hot line service.

Most of equipments belong to our portfolio are imported from overseas Principals. Although those units have gone through final factory test and carry their own test certificate, we do aware that those units have experienced a long trip to our warehouse.

For this reason we feel the necessity to do the preliminary inspection on every unit we received, to make sure that those units are in good condition as far as electrical and physical properties is concerned.

Thanks to our Principals for their reliable units and excellent export packing.

Every units will be tested in our workshop prior delivery to site location. This standard procedure would consist of measuring, testing, calibration, etc, to make sure that the unit works properly according to the manufacturer standard specifications.

Our factory trained customer support engineers would provide on-site start-up supervision for all products range that belong to our business. This supervision assures customer that:- All inspections and test are performed prior to start-up.- On-site personnel are trained in operating and trouble-shooting procedures- The equipment is operating according to specification before power is applied to the critical load

For every units installed, we provide the highest standard of quality and diligent in after sales servicing within the 12 months warranty period. This after sales covers the following:1. Routine maintenance visit once every three months to make sure that the unit is in proper order and works according to the specification given.2. Repair visit during emergency and stock spare-parts3. Free replacement to any defective parts during warranty period4. On-site training for field operator.

The most important part of our Diamond Ribbon Service Package being our service commitment. We are committed to provide two hours

response time for Jabodetabek area, 1 day response time for Java Island and first available flight for exceed of Java and Indonesia (South East Region) during emergency with one hour mean time to repair (MTTR).

To fulfill our commitment due to additional request from valuable customer, we also absorb a change to develop local site for quick maintenance due to high necessary.

After the warranty period, we offer customer our assured maintenance contract at a friction cost, handles by our high skill factory trained customer engineers which assure the customer for the following securities:1. Assurance on the system availability.2. Continued first priority support on service spare-parts availability.3. Protection from un-expected budget in case of any failure, which in most cases would greatly exceed the assured maintenance cost.4. Maintaining a higher salvage value in case of trade in.

The assured maintenance would cover the following task :

1. Two to four times a year scheduled maintenance visits.2. Committed response time in the event of equipment emergencies.

3. Free replacement of any defectives parts.4. Incorporation of any field modification necessary to ensure equipment performance.5. Free training for new operator.

In addition to the training normally included with equipment start-up, more detail comprehensive training course has also available on-site, at our office or even at our factory work shop.

The main idea behind this training program, besides to meets customer's maintenance personnel needs, is also become our human resources tool which is provide us with periodic supply of customer support engineers to meet our system installation growth.

We committed herewith that we would keep all spare parts available within 10 years time after the particular model were discontinued in our inventory for emergency requirement.

However for the customer in remote area, we encouraged our customers to maintain on-site inventory of the specific spares. Recommended list are available to our product ranges.

We maintain an around the clock hot-line which puts the customer in contract with an experience technical representative. In the event of an emergency, this person is qualified to diagnose the problem on the phone, ship the emergency parts on the next available flight and dispatch a field and dispatch a field engineer to the as required.

Pilar Bahtera Group also gives funding to Deware in research and development of water and wastewater treatment technology.

Dr I Nyoman Widiasa, an expert on the field of water

treatment, membrane system design and operation problem solving (troubleshooting), has more than 10 years experience

in his field and is involved in various projects and research concerning water treatment, water recycling, and membrane.Several industrial cooperation with him as the main consultant involving TKPN Bawen for process water supply, PT Pertamina EP, PT Pertamina UP Cilacap, PT Kaltim fertilizer, water recycling mall with PT Pilar Bahtera Mandiri, and several other industries.Dr I Nyoman Widiasa is currently acting as a faculty

member in the department of chemical engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Diponegoro University (UNDIP), and became

chairman of the Diponegoro Water Research (Deware), where he continued to contribute in the field of water management and

the application of membrane technology to develop sustainable water and water recycling process (re-use of water).

The most important aspect is to change public perception, that in today water crisis, STP effluent is much safer than surface water, and is easier to treated into clean water.

Pilar water management involves integrated technology, which means we do not rely only on single product/technology to solve problems in wastewater plant. The technology preference is different for each plant, thus the existing plant need to be evaluated first by our engineer visit before we can suggest the best technology to fit user needs.The main focus of our work is to reduce environmental water source by water recycling system. Wastewater from foodcourt/kitchen, lavatory, and cooling tower blowdown are treated to meet clean water standard (PERMENKES RI No. 416/MENKES/PER/IX/1990). Further purification to meet drinking water standard is also optional at user preference.The wastewater can be recovered in the range of 80% recovery up to zero waste condition to fit user preference. However, made up water from environmental water source is still needed due water lost in process which cannot be recovered, such as cooling water for chiller unit.

Typical wastewater treatment technology we used are in range of pretreatment technology (grease trap, DAF, screening), biological process (Activated sludge/bioreactor, Rotational Biological Contactor/RBC, Membrane Bioreactor/MBR), post treatment process (Clarifier/Sedimentation, Chemical dosing), and further purification process (Sand filter, Carbon Filter, Ultrafiltration membrane, Reverse Osmosis membrane).
