APPLICATION GUIDELINES 1.0 The applicant must read and understand the requirements stipulated above and prepare all the

relevant documents prior to submitting this application.

2.0 Supporting Documents

The following supporting documents are to be enclosed together with the Application Form:-

Applicant’s business plan comprising trade area studies, information on propose location, investment assessment and projection, sales and marketing plan

3.0 Qualification Criteria

Minimum requirement for 3S can be found on page 2. 4.0 Proposed Site 4.1 Land

“Industrial” or “Commercial” status that able to operate a 3S under 1 roof.

Minimum size of the propose land is stipulated in page 2. 4.2 Ownership / Tenancy

Land must be owned or leased for long-term duration of at least 10 years.

4.3 Approval

The applicant must be able to obtain all relevant government approvals from local authority/council particularly for workshop operations at the proposed site.

5.0 This application form must be completed in full. PROTON Edar Sdn Bhd (“PESB”) reserves the

right not to entertain incompleted form. The completed application form, must be enclosed in an A4 size envelope marked “DEALERSHIP APPLICATION” at the top right corner of the

envelope and must be submitted to:

6.0 Others:

6.1 Submission of application is not the proof of the dealership appointment approval.

6.2 The Management of PESB reserves the right to reject the application without any

reason. 6.3 The Management of PESB reserves the right to recommend any new location for the

new outlet. 6.4 The Management of PESB reserves the right to request further supporting information

and documentation as part of dealer selection process. 6.5 Only shortlisted application will be called for interview.

6.6 Any appeal will not be entertained.
