Project GRACE
Who will “bee” the smartest team in town? We’ll find out! At the end of six rounds,
the top teams will compete to decide the 2014 Trivia Bee Championship.
Trophies will also be presented for Best Team Costumes,
Most Enthusiastic Supporters, and the “Bees-Knees Buzz“ Award.

1. Each team will consist of three people
with one person designated as the captain.
2. To begin play, the MC will read a ques-
tion and then repeat it.
3. If requested by any player, the MC can
read the question an additional time.
4. Teams have 30 seconds to record an an-
swer on an answer sheet and get it in the hands of their scorekeeper.
5. The Referee will give warning after 20
second, and ring buzzer at end of 30 sec-onds, at which time answers must have been turned in to scorekeepers.
6. The MC will read the answer to the ques-
tion.
7. Correct answers are worth one point.
8. Scorekeepers will mark correct (C ) or
incorrect (X ) on answer sheet and return it to team captain. Any questionable answers will be given to the judges, who will decide whether or not to award the point. The judges' decisions are final.
9. At the end of 6 rounds, the top six teams
will compete in a final play-off round to de-cide the Trivia Bee Champion. If a tie needs to be broken, a question will be asked that has a numerical answer. The team(s) that offers the number closest to the answer will win a spot in the play-off round.
10. Electronic devices, including phones,
are prohibited during play.
**If a team is found to have cheated in any way, no point may be earned for that ques-tion. (Cheating includes soliciting answers from the audience, stealing an answer from another team, phoning a friend or using electronic devices to obtain an answer.) **
Audience: please refrain from assisting players or offering answers.
