DESCRIPTION

This recall involves Nu Skin Epoch mist diffusers. The diffuser is a plastic bowl with a glass lid and bamboo trim ring, used to diffuse essential oils. “Nu Skin” is engraved in the bamboo on the side of the product. The white and tan diffusers are 6.5 inches in diameter and 3.5 inches in height. The recalled lot numbers are PZ11351, PZ17051, PZ21551, PZ03151 and PZ03451. The lot number is printed on the white plastic on the bottom of the product.

DESCRIPTION

The recall involves the 1,500 watt Patriot Power Generators. The generators were sold in black or dark blue with “Patriot Power Generator” printed on the right side of the unit. The recalled generators have serial numbers U14040001 through U14041092 and U14110001 through U14111092 printed on a sticker in the upper right hand corner of the rear panel of the unit. The generators measure about 18 inches long by 10 inches wide by 12 inches tall.

This recall involves UComfy Neck and Shoulder Heat wraps. The product is an electric powered wrap that provides heat to the user’s neck, shoulders and upper back. The wraps come in two colors: beige (item number 9700FE) and blue (item number 9699FE). The item numbers appear on the product washing instructions label. The electric controller unit states “TYPE HP74.” The connection between the power supply and the heat wrap has 4 prongs. Ucomfy is printed at the top of the white label attached to the heat wraps.

DESCRIPTION

This recall involves Frigidaire and Kenmore-branded electric single and double wall ovens made by Electrolux. They were sold in black, white or stainless steel. The single ovens measure about 24 inches wide, 32 inches tall and 25 inches deep. The double ovens measure about 24 inches wide, 51 inches tall and 25 inches deep. “Kenmore” or “Frigidaire” is printed below the oven window. The model and serial numbers are located on the left side trim on the inside of the oven.

DESCRIPTION

This recall involves Lorex Care ‘N’ Share video baby monitors. The model numbers included in this recall are WL3520, WL4320 and WL3401. The model numbers are printed on the back panel of the monitor. The monitors were sold in bundles with cameras. The monitors contain a blue lithium polymer battery and measure about 4 inches tall by 5 inches wide. The monitors have a white plastic back and either a white or black border. “LOREX” or “The Lorex Baby” is printed below the monitor screen.

HAZARD:

The video monitor’s batteries can overheat, swell and expand and cause the battery cover to open or come off. This can expose hot batteries, posing a burn hazard to consumers.

INCIDENTS/INJURIES

The firm has received 488 reports of batteries overheating and expanding; about 140 reports involved the swelling of the battery pack, causing its plastic casing to open or come off. No injuries have been reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled monitors and contact Lorex to receive a full refund.

The Centerpoint Sniper 370 crossbow has a camouflaged stock and measures 36.5 inches long. The rope cocking device is a rope with a black plastic “T” shaped handle at each end. A pair of black plastic tabbed hooks are connected to the rope. The rope cocking device measures 45 inches from handle to handle. The words “CENTERPOINT” and “SNIPER 370” are printed on the crossbow’s frame.

The product contains nickel (measured value 51.8 mg/kg). Nickel can cause skin irritation and induce sensitisation or elicit allergic responses. The Council of Europe Resolution ResAP (2008)1 on requirements and criteria for the safety of tattoos and permanent make-up, recommends that the content of nickeI in tattoo inks be as low as technically achievable. The product does not comply with national legislation.

DESCRIPTION

This recall involves the Marvel Thanos Infinity Gauntlet oven mitts. The oven mitt’s outer shell is 100% polyester in primarily a golden yellow color with blue, purple, green, red and black accents. The Marvel logo can be found on the upper center part of the oven mitt. Made in China and UPC code 15129322 are printed on the care label on the inside seams of the oven mitts.

HAZARD:

The oven mitts lack thermal protection, posing a burn hazard to consumers.

INCIDENTS/INJURIES

The firm has received 241 reports of burn injuries, including reports of the glove melting and burning consumers’ skin.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled oven mitts, destroy them and contact Loot Crate to receive a replacement product of equal or greater value.

DESCRIPTION

This recall involves girl’s Smocked Threads by Cecil & Lou 100% cotton tunic nightgowns. They were sold in a pink and white checkered pattern with white piping trim in sizes 12 months to 8. The nightgowns have buttons on the center front and on each cuff at the wrist and a pocket on the left side of the chest. “C&L Smocked Threads by Cecil and Lou” is printed on a neck label.

HAZARD:

The nightgowns fail to meet federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

Consumers should immediately take the recalled nightgowns away from children and return them to the firm for a full refund, including shipping, or a merchandise credit of $23. Cecil & Lou is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves silver heart bracelets and sweet charm necklaces for children. The 6-inch, silver-plated bracelets have 10 silver hearts and circle links, a lobster claw clasp, and one silver heart-shaped charm. The necklaces are gold plated on a 13-inch box chain with a 2-inch extender, a lobster claw closure and three charms – a pink ice cream cone, a pink crystal cupcake and a gold-plated tag with “SWEET” engraved.

HAZARD:

The clear surface coating on the bracelets and necklaces contain lead in excess of the allowable limit. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health issues.
