    Having celeb

Vereens Stores, Inc. is a thi

    company that strives to e

    and quality products. Sta

    rting out

    a small store that serviced

    the local Wampee farmers,

Vereens has grown into a m

    il-

    liondollar corporation that

    services the South-Eastern

    Region of the United State

    s.

    In thetime when the econo

my first felt the pangs of ha

    rdship, Frankie and Linda V

    er-

    een surpassed the challeng

    mic downfall. After changin

    g

    hands to their children (Jo

in the last ten years, Vereen

    s is

    now jumping the hurdles o

f new age technology. No m

    time

    brings the Vereens family a

    push forward with open m

    ervice.

    How We Arr

    ived Here:

It all started in 1946 when

    J.B. and Josephine Living

    ston built the “General St

    ore.”

    From 1946 until 1961 the G

    eneral store provided gas f

or your vehicles, gum for t

    he

    kids, and farming supplies f

or the farmers. 1962 was th

    e year that birthed Vereens

    .

    Newly married couple, Fra

    nkie and Linda Vereen took

    over the General Store and

    formed Vereens. Vereens b

    ecame transformed into a

    multifaceted store that offe

    red a

    variety of products to suit

    the needs of farmers, and

    homeowners. Unfortunate

    ly time

    was changing and farming

was falling by the way side

    fast. That was when Veree

    ns

knew it was time for a cha

nge and in the late 70’s Ve

    reens took the golf course

    indus-

try by storm and became V

ereens Turf. By the 80’s it w

    as apparent that Vereens T

    urf

needed a way to keep up w

ith the demand thus they a

    cquired their own fertilizer

    plant

    in Kingstree, SC. Year afte

    r prosperous year Vereens

was looking for ways to ad

    apt to

    the changing times and th

    e needs of businesses arou

    nd them. Time was paving

    way

for the addition of the Equip

    ment line. Today Vereens S

tores, Inc is the proud paren

ACE 29 is a revolutionary source of potassium having superior foliarabsorption over traditional forms of potassium. Potassium acetate idTHE ultimate choice of potassium for foliar applications. Due to small

molecule size Ace 29 has been known to have 5 times the foliar uptake of traditional forms as potassium nitrate, potassium thiosulfate, and

    potassium carbonate. Excellent tank mix.

Energy FE will give you a rapid green up and correction of iron defi-ciencies through foliar applications. This is produced with citric acid to increase nutrient uptake and compatible with amine based chemicals

and less staining. It contains Urea and Ferrous sulfate.

A high purity potassium phosphite which provides 3.17 pounds of phos-phorous acid per gallon combined with a propriety, tan-mix compatible silica package. While the phosphite increases plant metabolism, vigor, and stress resistance, the silica deposits in the cell tissues increasing physical strength, rigidity, resistance to stress, and drought resistance.

Energy Minors is a liquid micronutrient formulation designed for turf and ornamentals. Energy Minors contains Iron, Manganese, Magne-sium, Zinc, and Boron complexed with an organic acid to increase

    nutrient availability.

SeaGreen is a supplemental nitrogen, and potassium fertilizer with chelated minors designed to achieve sustained green-up of turf. Ten percent kelp extracts are added to enhance stress resistance and

enhance nutrient utilization. Although it is formulated to be stable in most tank mixes with commonly used fertilizers and pesticides, always

conduct a jar test to confirm compatibility.

This product is 3-0-1 analysis. It has an amino acid package and car-bohydrates for microbial activity. Along with gibberellic acid, humic acid and other plant extract-based biostimulants. To make this product even

better we have both Salicylic and oligosaccharides for SAR elicitor functions. (disease resistance and root growth under stress)

More Fe has more Iron and less nitrogen to give up ore green up and less growth.

The basic requirement of fertility management rests in knowing the overall health of your soil.

Good fertility programs begin with a soil analysis. The state of the art testing services we offer are the basis to develop a solid fertility and soil health program.

Acidic soils, low in pH, may not have adequate amounts of pH Calcium, Magnesium and Phosphorus. In high pH soils, there may be excessive salts. In both situations, many nutrients can be tied up and unavailable for use by turf and ornamental plants. Re-test soil every 2-3 years.

Soil First Consulting w / Vereens Recommendations: Our experienced staff will develop a 3 year fertility and soil nutrition program for your site.

Soil First Consulting Soil Test Results & Recommendations: 15 point test results and recommendations made by Soil First’s Agronomists.

Soil First Soil Test Results Only: If you know agronomy the results are all you need to build a fertility and soil nutrition program.

Soil First Compost Analysis: Moisture, organic, and mineral matter, N, C/N ratio, pH, P, Ca, Mg, Na, S, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn & B levels.

Soil First Saturated Paste Extract: This additional test helps determine readily available soil nutrition.

Soil First Soil Soluble Salt Test: Test for available salts in the soil where plant stress exists; or new installations into questionable soils.

    Capture Technology

    What does Capture do?

Improves the uptake of fertilizer nutrients by stimulating root growth, increasing the efficiency of the root system and stimulating microbial activity in the Rhizosphere. Capture increases nutrient bio-availability in soils and nutrient plant root uptake. Roots release Oxyalic acids as they probe for nutrients. Bonds holding nutrients are broken and nutrients are released. Capture provides the nutrients to the plant upon demand.

    Nutralene

NUTRALENE® Slow-Release Nitrogen/methylene urea fertilizer (guaranteed analysis 40-0-0) is trusted by countless turf and horticulture professionals for de-pendable, long-lasting feeding of Nitrogen for up to 16 weeks. Consistent release with that longevity al-lows you to effectively nourish your plants all season with fewer applications.
