Company ProfilePro Plus Plumbing is a family owned and operated business located in Wangara Perth. Pro Plus Plumbing aim to deliver the highest quality plumbing and gas solutions at an affordable price. Since 2013 Pro Plus Plumbing has enjoyed steady growth in both projects and staff. In 2016 a decision was made to bring on a full time Operations Manager to manage and coordinate the company’s day to day tasks and staff in order to improve client relationships and business efficiencies.

Pro Plus Plumbing provide all plumbing and gas solutions for domestic, commercial and industrial solutions. We have over 40 years combined experience in the plumbing and gas industry in both domestic and commercial applications. As a Water wise Plumbing company we are endorsed by the Water Corporation and are a registered Master Plumber and gas fi�er with MPA. At Pro Plus Plumbing we value health and safety ensuring our Health and Safety manuals, JSA’s and all relevant compliance documents are continually reviewed and updated. Our staff are encouraged to report any unsafe situations at any time. We have a clean track record with no injuries or loss of time to any of our staff.

Along with Pro Plus Plumbing’s plumbers and gas fi�ers comes an experienced administration team led by Pro Plus Plumbing’s Operations Manager to ensure everything is completed in a timely and efficient manner, from admin through to accounts management.

CapabilityPro Plus Plumbing have an experienced team of commercial plumbers with the ability to mobilize anywhere in the Perth Metro area with minimal lead in times. Led by our Plumbing Supervisor Paul Troiani and Operations Manager Jason Troiani. With any commercial project the plumbing pre-lay and ground works is the most critical. If mistakes are made at this critical stage it will have big consequences in the later stages of the build. With the on ground experience of Paul, we ensure all pre lay and ground works to any site are completed within the time frames given, to the highest quality and ensuring everything is checked to minimise any mistakes. Our Operations Manager ensures the highest level of communication between the Pro Plus team and our clients, so every one is always informed, on the same page and any problems can be resolved and over come quickly and easily. Our philosophy is not only to communicate to our clients/builders any problems but also a proposed solution.

502 HAY STREETThis 8000 square metre mixed use office/retail development in the heart of Subiaco was built with a 4.5 star Australian Building Greenhouse Rating System target.Situated in a highly sought a�er retail precinct in Subiaco the project consisted of a two level basement car park and a four story office block.
