TRAWLING
A cone-shaped net is pulled by a ship called a TRAWLER,
over the sea-bed.
Used for demersal fish (found on or near the sea floor)
TROLLING
Towing lines behind a boat that moves at a moderate
speed.
Used for pelagic fishes like tuna (swim near the surface).
SEINING
A net is kept floating vertically in the sea suing corks,
while 2 small boats use it to encircle a school of fish.
The net is then dragged onto the boats or shore and the
trapped fish is then removed.
