ABSTRACT

The waste cassava pulp of cassava starch processing p p p gplants is one of main causes of environment pollution problem, under ground water source and lakes ,rivers

hi h l i l twhich places near processing plants • The waste cassava pulp is yellow colour,has “died rat

ll” k t l tismell” as kept longtime. • Analyzing the waste pulp which has

0 4% l l+70-74% cenlul+20-30% protein + 3-5 % starch.

• The author has mechanical solution treats waste f fcassava pulp to supply material for the animal food

production and environment protection.
