It's nearly the beginning of your term! How are you? :) Before you ensure awesomeness is happening in your LC, ensure you understand what culture you wanna bring to your LC!

1. Please do culture assessment when you recruit your Leadership Body.Find it in this link http://survey.valuescentre.com/survey.html?id=s1TAEQUStmx-pUIle-ma6QAsk them to print screen the result and submit to you, so you and your VP TM understand what culture you need to bring.

Example: if the result, most of your member has continuous learning. Means that you need to make learning circle to discuss world issue periodically in your LC Meeting. Or you decorate your office and ask your member, "what have you learn in June?" Make this kind o environment. Remember culture is part of your responsibility. This'll be check during LC Visit, so ensure you did it as a part of Forming. This'll retain your member because your activities align with their value :)

3. Plan a Planning Camp to cascade your strategy or Summit in your LC to co-create SOP in your LC (highly suggested for Big Cluster LC. or you can just make a local conference that includes all of them during June or July or August.

4. Remember LC Meeting in every month! EB team need to organize it for the first time. During your first LCM, you can like make a lucky draw session to decide which function who'll host your LC Meeting. It would be fun! :)

Finance:- Happy Internal Audit!- Invest your marketing to make promotional tools in advance for one whole year promotion (banner, etc).- Prepare for MMC from now. Like now now. Ensure the document is there so you won't be panic when everybody is on Lebaran.- Review last year budget and see how you can make it more effective or you can add it based on your ambition, so during budgeting all will be fine. Not just budget, but working capital for projects as well :)

Marketing & BD:- Market Research: please make it clear which one is oGIP market and oGCDP Market. as well as iGCDPadhoc and iGIP market.

- Coordinate Marketing and Sales Training from the expert for your upcoming Team Leader! Also, don't forget to make them do transition with previous Team Leader, because Marketing and Sales is all about technical things that can't be taught. Make the curriculum with TM. Make their predecessor do technical things together, for example, selling, account transition, define GTCM, etc.

URGENT HR Fulfillment for Marketing/oGIP Recruitment: UNDIP UA PMBS UNSRI UGM (please recruit Content Marketing and Digital Marketing in advance or oGIP Physical Marketing or Task Force)2. URGENT HR Fulfillment for Marketing/oGCDP Recruitment: Bandung UB UA Surabaya UPN3. URGENT HR fulfillment for iGCDP Project: ALL except UNS and Binus (please recruit OCP, OC Finance & Logs and OC Program first. Tips: when you recruit, don't mention the position so you can allocate them fastly. Also don't hesitate to open application for non AIESECer because you can't afford to lose your time, like Winter will be only once in your EB term.)4. 2. Talent RecruitmentAs we know that it's super hard for having ideal recruitment meanwhile we are not fix yet for the planning. What we can do now, let's recruit people based on sub-product first then set the expectation that the final JD will be given as they are selected. So we can prevent HR crisis in Q1 by having this recruitment.

3. April-May DataSeveral of your entities are still missing to fill the talent data (MTMS) yes.. I know it’s still the responsibility of current but you need to be involved in this activity as your trial and error phase. So please together with your current fill the MTNS with the appropriate data

[INFO] Digital Marketing TeamDuring planning, I proposed there will be specific PIC in local entity to handle the usage of national digital platform, and that will be Digital Marketing Manager (DM Manager). DM Manager will be put under DM commission on national level, not to give direction but more into assisting them about how to utilize national digital platform for better entity promotion. It's more like to enable content-filtering since this is national brand of AIESEC in Indonesia we're talking about. So, please remind all of your VP BXP to introduce their DM Manager to me once they're elected since they will be given specific education about digital marketing and stuff. The VP elected need to check their current partner/ ongoing partners and send the partnership scorecard to them. For those who has the problem to contact the LCVP current, you can ask for MC guidance to give the transition (make appointment and send me the points that you need to have a transition in). Layli and Zaid would be in charge to equip you :)

Stakeholder Testimonial (Accountable to Ayu Uswa)In order to enrich and add the selling point of your proposal, Let's do the improvement on testimonial part. Collect the testimonial from your partners, BoA, TN or even speaker or government that you've worked with. :)It's on June! So, I hope that you wold have some great testimonials before you start your term and use the new proposal ;)
