Sanction of Houses Against Target- Performance of States/UTs
North East States
• Manipur, Tripura, Sikkim, Assam are performing satisfactorily with respect to sanctioning of houses.
• Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, and Nagaland are required to speed up the process of sanctioning.
Union Territories
• Dadra and Nagar Haveli has picked up.
• Other UTs such as Andaman and Nicobar, Lakshadweep, Daman and Diu are required to expedite the process of registration and sanctioning.
Other States
• Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat are the top performing states
• Performance of states such as Jammu and Kashmir, Haryana, Kerala, Bihar, Punjab, Goa has remained poor with regard to sanctioning of houses.

•Difficult to achieve the competencies of NSQF level 4 in rural context
•Development of QPs for RMT at lower levels of NSQF• Assistant Rural Mason – NSQF Level 2• Helper Rural Mason – NSQF Level 1
•The lower level QPs will be helpful for States/UTs in training & RPL
•QPs have been shared with States/UTs earlier (Hyperlink)
•Validation of the QPs by States/UTs is needed
•Validation letter is circulated for the approval of States/UTs

Celebration of Awaas Diwas
PM’s Awards for Excellence in Public Administration
• To be celebrated every year on 20th November• States/UTs to take up activities to sensitize the beneficiaries about PMAY-G and issue
suitable directions to the districts and furnish a report on activities undertaken to MoRD
• 422 districts have registered themselves under PMAY• States/UTs to ensure that the districts with good performance records participate
in the competition
Submission of Best Practices/Success Stories
• States to provide HD photos, success stories and best practices about PMAY-G on regular basis
