Anandorup Ghose leads Aon Hewitt’s Rewards practice for

South Asia. Prior to this role, he managed several client

relationships in the Middle East, Asia Pacific and India in the

areas of executive compensation design and benchmarking,

long term incentive plan design, sales incentive plan design,

governance structure definition, remuneration committee

advisory etc.

Moreover, he has also worked on some large scale merger

integration projects with clients in the region, primarily in the

field of telecom, financial services and oil and gas. His key

clients include the Aditya Birla Group, Mahindra, Genpact and

Tata Consultancy Services.

Anandorup is a regular speaker at several executive

compensation forums in industry associations such as All India

Management Association, FICCI, and Anchorage Society for

Human Resource Management.

He is ardent reader of the Economist and whenever time

permits he loves to travel and experience new cultures.

Eklavya currently leads the L&D for Aon Hewitt’s consulting

business in Asia Pacific, Middle-East & Africa. In this role, he

is responsible to drive various capability building programs

which helps colleagues become better consultants.

In his 14 years of experience in HR, Consulting and L&D, he

has served clients in multiple countries and industries.

At Aon Hewitt, Eklavya has led numerous consulting

assignments, both within India and internationally, primarily in

the areas of HR capability building, leadership assessment

and development and performance management. Eklavya is

passionate about skill building programs for HR and Business

Leaders, which typically entail 360 degree and psychometric

assessment, field projects, classroom training and coaching

sessions for the participants.

Eklavya is accredited on Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory

(KAI), Facet5, Thomas Test for Selection and Training (TST)

and have also completed Level A Certification course in

Occupational Testing.

He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management

and Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur and has also

received a Bachelor’s degree in Science from St. Stephen’s

College, Delhi.

at Aon. She brings more than 16 years of diverse work

experience ranging across HR consulting, teaching, consumer

research and brand management. She is involved in helping

clients traverse the leadership development journey, from

assessments to development, with special focus on human

behaviours that contribute to effective leadership and

motivators that help people overcome personal obstacles.

She is an accredited MBTI practitioner, with great faith in the

tool and methodology and a certified Achievement Motivation

Trainer. She likes to understand and explore behavioural

areas like motivation, team work, inter personal relationships,

handling conflicts, and developing an attitude for excellence.

She is passionate about gender diversity issues, a qualified

expert in areas related to legal compliance for Prevention of

Sexual Harassment at workplace.

She believes in the experiential methodology of adult learning

and in the value of learning generated out of “here and now”

experiences. She has facilitated learning programs for over 10
