CrowdsourcingAfter introducing the principles of Design Thinking, Spark helps teams to drill down into customer issues, prototype ideas, engage with customer communities and build solutions. This includes identifying a mentor, a minesweeper and a minder - 3 key parties for the intrapreneur to work with as they develop their idea.
