Registering as a member of The Pointe is the best way to take advantage of all The Pointe has to offer. Members have access to all non instructional activities, fi tness equipment, the running/walking track, gymnasium, indoor and outdoor aquatic centers, locker room facilities and towel service.

Annual MembershipsYour annual membership is good for one year from the date of pur-chase. As an Annual Member, you will receive all of the wonderful benefi ts mentioned earlier. This is the most economical way to take advantage of all The Pointe has to offer.

30-day Opt Out PeriodAll annual members have 30 days from the date of purchase to re-quest an annual fee refund. One month, at the monthly rate, and a $60.00 service charge will be deducted from the annual fee refund amount. After 30 days, no refund is available.

A Word To Parents...The Keller Pointe staff strives to maintain the highest standards in emergency training. Our goal is to provide patrons with a safe and clean atmosphere in which families can enjoy themselves in a recreational envi-ronment. The purpose of the staff is not to supervise your child, but to prevent accidents from happening. Therefore, parents are expected to closely supervise their children and assist in enforcing the facility’s poli-cies for the safety and enjoyment of all patrons. All chil-dren, ages nine years and under, must be accompa-nied and supervised at all times by a paying adult (at least 16 years or older).

City of Keller’s Accessibility InformationIf you plan to attend any classes, workshops, or special events and have a disability that requires special assis-tance, please contact the ADA Coordinator 48 hours in

Photography PolicyPhotographs are occasionally taken of participants and are used to promote our City Parks and Recreation Pro-grams. If you prefer that you or your child not be photo-graphed, please notify the photographer.

Inclement Weather PolicyLightning poses a serious risk of injury in our aquatic facilities, including the indoor facilities. Due to the se-riousness of this issue, the following inclement weath-er policy applies for all aquatic facilities: When light-ning occurs, the pools will be closed. If the lightning and inclement weather continues for more than thirty minutes, the pools will remain closed and The Keller Pointe staff will attempt to reopen the pools later in the day. This policy is in effect until one hour prior to the facility’s offi cial closing time.

Aquatic TrainingPlease be advised that The Keller Pointe lifeguards take part in active training during operating hours. In the event that there is a training exercise, the aquatic staff will notify all patrons.
