Plans for Photo shoot:

Theme: Devine summer clothing at low cost. Schedule: 12th of January. Models: Laura Cubbon-Bate Costumes: Image 1: White cardigan, white leggings, felt scarf, black shin-boots. Image 2: Red cardigan, white t-shirt, long white skirt, white trainers. Image 3: Floral leggings, white tunic, red sneakers. Locations: Image 1: Aunts house living room. Image 2: Outside of my house in the street. Image 3: Bruche Park.

Legal & Ethical:Copyright - Copyright is a form of protection for a piece someones production. Copyright is a way of claiming something, allowing for no one else to claim it themselves and to take credit. Copyright can also be used as rights to a holder, by law. Nothing in my photos have any produced content that is owned by anyone else, this does not apply to my advert photos. All actions of this law have been avoided as I am the one that has taken the photos.

Discrimination - Discrimination is a way of denying someones rights to something. This includes something that the person owns or a form of participation. A lot of discrimination is lead on by race, gender, prejudice, jealousy. Nothing in my advert photos discriminates any social group as the adverts do not represent any resentment towards other races and skin colour.

Intellectual Property - Intellectual Property is form of claiming someones creation that was produced from the mind, hence the name Intellectual. The ways of intellectual property is protected by trademarks, logos, copyright and designs. This applies to my photos in regards to using the charitys logo. I am advertising the charitys line of clothing and this allows me to use the logo of my selected charity.

Trespass Trespassing is entering property that is owned by someone without consent. The photos that are taken will not be in unauthorized property. Two of the locations were public access that were free to anyone without law. However, one location was in my house. This is not available towards anyone but is available for the model and the photographer.

Representational Issues - The way you present someone has to be in a fair light, not to be biased or give a strong judgmental state of someone. The model in the photo is represented as someone that is wearing fashionable clothing. Nothing represents the model in a negative manner and does not represent any negativity towards other people. The model in my photos are in a friendly atmosphere.
