Due to the complexity of the market and the uniqueness of each engagement, we performan initial in-depth analysis.For Phase 1 brightnode charges a fixed fee of 4000 CHF. By the end of the Phase 1 wepresent the client with a reviewed value-proposition and outline a draft of our proposedstrategy/course of action.

PHASE 2: CUSTOMISED MODULAR OFFER

Based on the analysis conducted in Phase 1, brightnode willpresent the customer with a tailor-made modular palette ofrecommended services. The client and brightnode will thenreach an agreement on the extent of the engagement.

There’s no obligation on the client’s side to accept Phase 2 ofthe engagement after it’s been presented.

The costs for Phase 2 are calculated case-by-case,depending on the complexity of the project identified in Phase1.

Our fees are structured using milestones payments. Thenumber of milestones and respective objectives are discussedwith the client.

Brunello Pianca

TEAM

Asset Manager with over 30 years’ experience, Brunello held top positions in the financial industry. He worked with both institutional investors and private companies. His experience is quite unique - portfolio and fund manager, risk manager, trader, arbitrageur, financial advisor, CFO, board director, business developer and consultant. Passion for technology and intellectual curiosity led him naturally to first exploring and then studying Blockchain and Cryptoassets.In order to promote and support everyone who believes that technological progress is a mean of improving their living

conditions by overcoming the invisible barriers imposed by post-modern societies, a group of passionate visionaries has decided to set up the Swiss Association of Crypto Investors (SACI), a no profit organization of which Brunello is the President.

Francesco Piras

Francesco has over 20 years experience in the IT field, and he has worked as Executive Marketing & Sales Manager. He approached cryptocurrencies in 2013, realizing that they would impact the future. Since 2015 he is President and Co-founder of Bitcoin Sardegna, one of the first and most active Non Profit Organizations in Italy to organize National events on blockchain topics. He has a long experience as Project Manager for software production.

Michael Daldini

Shadi El Sangedy, graduated from the University of St. Gallen, writing a thesis on how to implement businessprocesses on Distributed Ledger Technologies. He has experience in corporate finance (M&A), consulting andbusiness development. He worked in Switzerland and China, for large companies as well as startups.

Michael graduated from EPF Lausanne in Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology. He worked at CSEM in the photovoltaic division before beginning its Master’s Thesis in the department of Mechanical and Process Engineering at ETH Zurich. His main interests are renewable energy related technologies and blockchain.
