PROJECT NARRATIVE
THIS PROJECT IS A NEW BUILDING TO SERVE AS A JUSTICE OF THE PEACE COURT FACILITY. IT IS SITUATED ON AN COUNTY PROPERTY ADJACENT TO A PINAL COUNTY SHERIFF SUBSTATION OFF OF HUNT HIGHWAY. THE BUILDING WILL HOUSE TWO COURT ROOMS, A PUBLIC SERVICE COUNTER, AND OFFICE SUITE FOR COURT STAFF. THE BUILDING WILL BE A NON-RATED WOOD FRAME CONSTRUCTION. THE SITE WORK WILL INCLUDE THE EXPANSION OF THE EXISTING PARKING, ON-SITE SEPTIC SYSTEM, AND THE CREATION OF A SECURE STAFF PARKING AREA. THERE IS NO OFF-SITE WORK IN THIS SCOPE.
