GyroplanePhenix

The Phenix is constructed from a freestanding body, made entirely of composite laminate

carbon fibers reinforced by sandwich panels, frames and high-density compartments. A

central tunnelhandlemainstructural loads,whereinare incorporatedtheanchorpoints of

motor,mastandundercarriage.

The composite construction offers great advantagesovermetal structures. This allowsthe

creationofaerodynamicshapes.Compositelaminatecarbonfibersareextremelystrongand

atthesametimeverylight.Thesestructuresaremoreresistanttomechanicalstress,theydo

notrustanditslifeisunlimited.

This construction system simplifies the

process and reduces production time.

Overhaul, repair and maintenance

operations are condensed to the most

simple.

Our approach lies in the possibility of

changingtheprimarystructuretosuitall

needs. We also offer a wide range ofengine power from 100hp to 240hp and

rotorbladesofdifferent lengths, suitable

foreachspecifictask.

Wepaid special attention tothecomfortofthecrew. The device isequippedwithheating.

Windshields are specially treated against Ultra Violet and Infra Red to maintain a good

temperature. The luggage compartment is separated from the cockpit with access by two

lateraldoors,whichallowschargesupto25kilos.

Manufacturing

Themethod of manufacture involves the application of several layers of carbon fibers in

specialmoldsdesignedwiththeshapesoftheaircraft,whicharethenimpregnatedwithresin.

treatment that allows the laminate to obtain its optimummechanical properties: compact,

Then we integrate the rest of the diferent components and elements of the structure, the

Thanks to our production line, we optimize

manufacturing costs, which allow us to offer

competitive prices for an aircraft of last

generation.

Our manufacturing process meets the quality

standards of aviation. The carbon fiber, epoxy

resin and consumables used are materialsapprovedbytheaeronauticalauthorities.

Our suppliers of engines, rotors, propellers,

instruments,etc ...areall well knowncompanies

Concept

OurmainobjectiveindesigningthePhenix,wasthecreationofasafegyroplane,stableandeasytofly.

This createsan important stabilizingeffect onthe gyroplane thatoptimizes flight safety ofthe

Somepositiveaspectsofa"tractor"configuration:

Push and cooling: the propeller receives clean air, which produces more pushed; air naturally

circulatesaroundtheenginethatimprovesitsefficiency.

Performance:Shorttakeoff.

Stability: the thrust lineofthemotorpasses directly through the centerofgravity, providing a

neutralattitudeduringflight.

Maintenance: the engine hood is completely

Themarket

Thepast10years,thedronesandgyroplanemarketrepresentedthefastestgrowingsectorofthe

aerospace industry.StudiesbyTealGroup,estimatethattheglobalmarketwilldoublebetween

2010and2020,from4.4trillionto8.7trillion(R&Dandsupplyingspending).AftertheUnited

States,Europewouldbethesecondlargestmarketfordronesandgyroplane,followedcloselyby

Asia*.

The military market has highly developed and is providing the basis for initiating new

manufacturer as Phenix planes, particularly in the field of gyroplanes, suitable for civil and

mercantileapplications*.By2020,thecivilianmarketwillthereforebeabletoorganizeandoffer

strong growth prospects for the sector. The market for non-military applications seems much

larger than the defense, especially in the areas of security (civil, police, borders, coastline),

monitoring(fires,forests,structures),telecommunications,agricultureandlogistics*.
