schedules for the Forward End areas which include the Sonar Bow Array, Torpedo Tubes and Main Ballast Tanks.

Role and Responsibilities I am responsible for the production and maintenance of schedules in both P3e

(V5) and MSP for the V8 Contingency programme and AKER Slab Remediation works and the Mod Vaults Programme. To carry out periodic updates and analyse the schedule to optimise both the cost and the schedule of the programmes and produce ‘what if’ scenarios when required.

I am responsible for all Earned Value analysis data and period graphs for all the Mod Vaults and V8 Contingency programmes.

I have developed a BCR process to control cost and schedule changes to the Baseline of the Mod Vaults Programmes.

Producing performance forecasting CPI/SPI and EAC’s for all Mod Vaults and V8 Contingency programmes. This includes periodic trending graphs and strategical analysis of the way forward.

Role and Responsibilities I am responsible for the production and maintenance of P3e and MSP

Schedules associated with the Commercial Operations within B13 and the production and Implementation of the Leased Operations Facility Integrated Safety Improvement Programme (ISIP)

I am responsible for the production of P3e programmes to meet NDA ‘Life Time Plan’ requirements associated with B13 Leased Operations Facility.

I am a key member of the Integrated Project Team who offers advice to the project in terms of schedule and cost performance in the form of CPI/SPI, predicted out-turn and also advice on risk.

In addition I have been carrying out the role of Project Controls Manager for the B13 facility (until a suitable staff candidate is appointed)

Responsibilities including production of the Major Work Group report and also the collation of the P3e schedules, BOE and scope/WACO’s for the B13 Programme (which has undergone a whole programme/blanket Baseline Change) and also the day to day management of the Project team.
