• First step is to query the right employee and choose

him/her from the list

• Parameters are Personnel Number, Last Name and Social

Security Number

• It is then time to selecte the preferred action from the drop

down list whether to change the employee address, position

or salary

• Once address change is selected, address data is queried

from SAP and user can input new address below the old

and perform the change

• If address change is selected, once done the process will

end

• Once position change is selected, position data is queried

from SAP and old position is shown over the query window

with which a list of new open positions are queried from

SAP

• One of these positions will be selected as the employees

new position

• Once a position is selected, the old- and new position are

shown in that order and HR Clerk must select a starting

date for the position before submitting the form for approval

• It is then time for the HR Manager to approve or reject the

request to change the position

• Manager can also send the form back the be revised and

re-submitted

• Once manager approves, he/she then creates the position

change in SAP

• If salary change was selected, current salary data is queried

to the form over the new salary information

• User can copy the current data to the fields involving the

new salary and simply change the amount and reason for

salary change before submitting the form for approval

Director for an additional approval

change in SAP
