This is the station in the school with aboudant packages everyday, there are tipically three steps for delivering packages.

Delivery station

1. The couriers send messages to the receiver through the number on the package

2. The receiver get the message and come the find the the package in the piles.

3. The receiver sign on the message and the courier keep the sign.

I wonder if there is any easier way to simplify the complicated and boring

process. A integrated system with a phone app and handed radar scaner may be a solution.

The menu of KFC is not that accessible so that the customers who are not familar with them may be confused. KFC in China

Music in the big crowded store is kind of a noise. People speak louder so that others can hear, which make the store more noisy.A system which can simulate the situation and adapt the music to the environment may be a solution.

I went two fruit stores. NO.1 is a chain store and the NO.2 is a small one.Store NO.1 is professional with emploees in uniform as well as a perfectly designed arrangement.However with the bigger store, people have more choices and spend more time in it. And the problem is that customer have to wait for a long time until they can pay.

Using big sign to deliver the key messages of the product is a great innovation .

Using the products themselves as a message to attract customer is a natural and perfect way for stores.

Store NO.2 is more convenient for customer who aim to buy certain fruit. As with a open store, people pass by will be attracted by the colorful fruit and come in to purchase.

Bread store is quite friendly for customer to choose their bread.Customers buying bread usually do not need the receipt in this situation. In this store, giving the receipt is a useless process.

This store is crowed with people when it comes nearly food time. Customer behind the crowd can hardly see the menu and some of them leave because of the long long line.

However, customers are not alone. Most of them are with classmates. So the shop acctually are not that busy as it seems. It’s a big lost for the shop if potential customer leave.
