Please pray for. .
Pope Francis encourages us to “imitate the attitude of Jesus toward
the sick: He shares their suffering and opens their heart to hope.”
We also remember those who have died. Jesus reminds us “ I am
the Resurrection and the Life. He who believes in me will never
die.”
We encourage you to call the office for prayer request. The request
will be placed in the bulletin. They will remain listed in the bulletin
until you notify the office to have the name removed.
Please place the prayer list in a convenient place so you will re-
member those listed in your daily prayers.
In accordance with the CDC and Austin Diocese guide-
lines Saint Luke Catholic Church is now conducting
Masses at our normal times. We are currently restricted
to the 50% capacity limitation. For Saint Luke that
means that we can allow 200 parishioners in the church,
chapel, and 200 more in the parish hall if necessary. So-
cial Distancing is still in effect with pews marked with
an X on the floor if it is not to be used.
The Bishop’s dispensation is still in effect for those who
feel that they are still at risk and cannot attend Mass.
Please observe the following guidelines when attending
services
Enter & Exit through Main Church Doors only
Face Mask strongly encouraged to be worn
Hand Sanitizer provided in Narthex
Maintain Social Distancing
No social gathering in Narthex or Church
Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
Adult Faith Formation
RCIA and Adult Faith Formation will meet Thursday,
October 15th, in the Parish Hall from 7:00pm-9:00pm.
Father John Guzaldo will discuss Who is Jesus? Just a
Good Man or Lord of Our Lives.
For more information email [email protected].
!!! VOLUNTEERS NEEDED !!!The LukeFest committee is looking for volunteers to help make our annual LukeFest a success. There are many areas
that need help. There will be sign-up sheets listing all of these areas in the Narthex or at the T-Shirt booth out in front
of the church after all Masses starting this weekend. We are looking for hands to make light work and shift times will
be for 1 hour provided we get sufficient signups. Additionally, you may contact either Sydney or Matt Ranney at
[email protected] or Rose Jolly at [email protected] for more information or to sign up.
Please consider devoting a little of you time to make LukeFest a successr !
