THE GREENS CARE CENTRE

The Greens Care Centre is the nucleus of the OMEYA Retirement Development. It consists of 38 hotel-like Assisted Living units and 8 Frail Care rooms. The Centre also offers a medical consulting room, fitness studio, library, activities room, heated indoor pool, sauna, restaurant and club house. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens and even has a bowls green.

Assisted Living is suited for those that are experiencing the inevitable physical effects of aging and need help accomplishing day to day tasks. Residents can rest assured that their needs are taken care of and can focus on enjoying more time with family and friends.

Frail Care is suited for persons in need of daily medical care and assistance with activities such as eating, personal hygiene and moving about. This can be as a result of aging, an injury or operation. A resident’s health is constantly monitored so that changes can be addressed quickly and professionally.

The professional team of the Greens Care Centre comprises of nurses, care takers and housekeepers. Sister Tracy Schickerling leads the team with passion and experience.

The monthly levy starts at N$16,500 per person depending on the level of nursing care required.

The following services are included in the levy:
